Celeb blogger Perez Hilton says he was assaulted by Black Eyed Peas frontman Will.I.Am at an after party following the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto on Sunday.
“I’m in shock. I need the police ASAP. Please come to the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel now. Please,” Lavandeira posted on his Twitter page, at around 3 a.m. “I was assaulted by Will.I.Am of the Black Eyed Peas and his security guards. I am bleeding. Please, I need to file a police report. No joke.”
Will.I.Am then created his own Twitter account to respond to the allegations: “I just made a Twitter account because it isn’t cool for someone to blame you and blast you with lies,” he posted an hour later, before creating the video below.
The alleged altercation was centered around Fergie, who, according to the blogger, came up to him twice asking why he was so negative towards the band’s hit single, “Boom Boom Pow.” According to Will.I.Am, Perez was being mean to Fergie, whom he considers a sister, and felt he needed to protect.
UPDATE: Perez has since created this video detailing the alleged attack.
We’ve all seen the Barack Obama buttons, t-shirts and tote bags, but have you seen the custom designed sneakers?
Cleveland, Ohio painter, muralist and sneaker designer Van Monroe has taken political campaigning to the next level with his custom designed Air Force One sneakers emblazoned with the democratic hopeful’s image and slogans, “Yes We Can” and “Change.”
Each pair takes about five hours to create and costs $500 with 10 percent of the proceeds donated to Obama’s campaign.
Music artist will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas has already been spotted on the red carpet brandishing a pair of the limited edition footwear.
