The Obamas Visit The Queen of England And Gift Her With An iPod

BRITAIN G20 OBAMA
President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle paid an informal visit to London’s Buckingham Palace Wednesday afternoon to visit Queen Elizabeth II before the G20 Summit kicks off on Thursday.

The Obamas gifted the Queen with a personalized iPod already loaded with video clips of Her Majesty’s 2007 visit to the U.S. and a rare songbook signed by Americn composer Richard Rodgers (of the songwriting duo Rodgers and Hammerstein fame).

The Queen wore her trademark pearls and a salmon-colored dress while the Obamas both donned black -Michelle in a black Jason Wu coat, a black and white Isabel Toledo dress paired with a black ALAIA cardigan, and not to be outdone by the Queen, some pearls!

“It was a wonderful visit,” Obama shouted to reporters as he and Michelle left the palace. “Her majesty is delightful.”
