Ethiopian born model Gelila Bekele is only 24 years old and already racking up a resume of impressive campaigns including Pantene and Colgate and more than a few gossip pages.
The Ford model set tongues wagging when she accompanied Tyler Perry to the premiere of his film Why Did I Get Married as well as the launch of his film studio in Atlanta last year and ever since Perry called her a “special person” in his life on Oprah and Regis the engagement rumors have exploded.
Blindie is ga ga for Bekele, and not just because she has the first African American major film studio owner on her arm, but because the stunning beauty is also a humanitatian and works with the organizations Charity: Water, Kageno, Keep a Child Alive and Darfur Action Network.
